What is ETrak?

ETrak is a delivery management system that provides cost-effective tracked delivery solutions for sending packets and parcels worldwide, helping e-commerce retailers grow international sales while keeping delivery costs to a minimum.

Working as part of The Delivery Group (TDG), ETrak provides an end to end solution for shipping parcels internationally, including a nationwide collection service, sortation and injection into final mile carrier networks.

With access to a global network of postal and commercial carriers in over 220 countries, ETrak offers its customers competitive rates for shipping internationally and streamlines the delivery process to improve despatch and delivery times.

    With over 40 years' experience in the parcel, mail, international and domestic courier and facilities management industries, Steve has extensive experience in creating innovative and service led companies delivering expert solutions to its client base. Steve formed his first company in 1993, Speedmail International, which became one of the first businesses to gain a licence from Postcomm to operate in the regulated mail market. Steve sold Speedmail to DHL in 2005. In 2007 he joined CMS Network and 2015 completed an MBO and joined The Delivery Group. Steve completed the MBO of The Delivery Group in June 2018 and is a major shareholder in the business. His previous experience saw him hold senior positions at TNT and Parceline (DPD).

    Neil has over 20 years' experience architecting and implementing best-in-class technology solutions in the logistics, e-commerce and marcomms industries. His expertise spans the full stack of technologies and disciplines from digital marketing, user experience and front end, through to DevOps and infrastructure, but his background and passion is technical architecture and software engineering. He enjoys sharing his knowledge with colleagues and the wider tech community and has been invited to speak at local meetups and international conferences. Whether his hands are on the tools, or he’s leading a team from the front, Neil always strives to deliver quality solutions that address real business needs.

    Mark has over 20 years' experience in the print, fulfilment and specialist logistics sector and a wealth of knowledge in domestic and international mail, parcels, courier and pallet distribution across the world. Mark has previously held senior positions in DHL, Romax, CMS and joined the board of The Delivery Group in 2018 following the MBO. Mark leads and develops new products and services across The Delivery Group and thrives on offering the best in class service to its clients.
